Our most popular guest room is the Standard Deluxe room. This room type has one queen bed and two extra-long twin beds with 3-inch memory foam toppers on all beds. This room can comfortably sleep four guests with a maximum occupancy of five guests. It has a full bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, and sink. Please note: Standard Deluxe Rooms on the third floor are newly renovated with these changes to the above description: New queen mattress, new twin mattresses, new side chairs, new flooring, new paint, a second sink, and new décor.

The Family Deluxe room is our largest occupancy guest room to accommodate larger families or groups that may want to put five to seven guests in each room. This room type has one queen bed, two extra-long twin beds, and two love seat sleepers. The three beds have 3-inch memory foam toppers. The room can comfortably sleep six guests with a maximum occupancy of seven guests per room. It has a full bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, and sink. This room features a second sink which is located outside the bathroom. Please note: Family Rooms on the third floor are newly renovated with these changes to the above description: New queen mattress, new twin mattresses, a third extra-long twin bed replaces the two love seat sleepers, new side chairs, new flooring, new paint, new sinks, and new décor. Maximum occupancy is 6 by adding one cot.

The standard suite is a favorite accommodation since it has two separate rooms. There is one queen bed with a 3-inch memory foam topper in a private bedroom, plus two love seat sleepers and a desk and chair in the front room. The suite can comfortably sleep four guests with a maximum occupancy of five guests per room. Between the two rooms is the full bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, and sink.
